Catering & Rentals
We want your celebration to be a success, so prior to your event we will meet with your caterer to ensure a smooth set-up. All caterers must provide proof of off-site insurance. If you plan to serve alcohol at your party, a licensed bartender provided by your caterer or hired from a mobile bartender service is required, along with proof of insurance and liability.
Music & Extras
Typically, renters hire outside DJ’s or live bands for events, but in a pinch, clients have used our stereo equipment which plays satellite radio, MP3 players and iPods throughout the entire Garden Room venue. Prior to the event, our venue coordinator will meet with the DJ or band to ensure a smooth set-up. Please check with Paulina for our preferred vendor list.
Parking
We provide parking in the north and south ends of the venue. However, this parking is limited to 20 cars, if additional parking is required we can make arrangements.
Restroom Facilities
This venue requires a restroom trailer as it is outdoors. Ask your venue coordinator for a preferred venue list.
